Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid located in Minnesota, only local candidates will be eligible)

Pay Rate: $27-$31.25/hr dependent on applicable experience

We are partnering with a well-established organization in the Twin Cities that is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a busy, high-volume accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in full-cycle AP, enjoys working in a structured PO environment, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing in a high-volume, PO-driven environment
• Performing 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Coding invoices to the general ledger and ensuring proper approvals
• Preparing and supporting weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• Maintaining accurate AP records and supporting month-end close activities
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing

• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong experience with 3-way matching and purchase order workflows
• Experience working in JDE (JD Edwards) strongly preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
