RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support day-to-day A/R activities: invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reminder calls as needed

Verify and reconcile customer accounts to ensure data accuracy

Help maintain and update receivables reports

Communicate with clients to follow up on past-due balances with professionalism and courtesy

QUALIFICATIONS:

Functional bilingualism in French and English

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable and/or collections

Strong organization, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines
