• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on suitable insurance coverage based on their circumstances
• Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured through reports
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on unsold internet leads to enhance sales opportunities

• Must have or prepare to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy

• Familiarity with company guidelines and ability to communicate them effectively to customers and colleagues
• Experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry
