Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage to maintain emotional wellness
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for residents
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collect, track, and maintain patient history and records
- Take and monitor vitals including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
- Follow instructions from and report updates to the registered nurse or overseeing physician
