Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown Unit position requiring a MO or compact license, ACLS, and BLS certification.
Responsibilities- Work in the Stepdown Unit within a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule: 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:30
- Float to units of similar or lower acuity may be required
- Level II Trauma and Stroke Center environment
- Uses Epic for charting
- Care for patients requiring stepdown level of monitoring in a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center
- Free parking is available on site
- Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted
- Active MO or compact RN license required and must be in hand prior to start
- Minimum 2 years of recent Stepdown nursing experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- PDF copies of driver’s license and Social Security card required for consideration
