• Follow all safety practices including proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Obtain required information from customers for all transactions, complete required purchasing and shipping documents, and conduct daily reconciliations.
• Review all documents to ensure regulatory and company requirements are met.
• Coordinate shipments (rail and truck) and maintain safety records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Basic math, account reconciliation, computer and data entry skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers.
• Understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
• Flexible to work in an industrial environment, including being outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer knowledge for work‑related purposes.
• 5 day work week – Mon - Fri, 7:50am - 4:30pm.

• High School diploma; college degree preferred.
• Basic math, account reconciliation, computer and data entry skills.

• Basic computer knowledge for work‑related purposes.

• 2 years’ cash handling and direct customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
