• You will oversee and support production operations by training employees, maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards, and ensuring manufacturing goals are met. You will coach team members, administer company policies, and drive continuous improvement in processes, procedures, and equipment.

• Develops an understanding of how to maintain good employee relations through coaching and consistent application of employee relation policies.
• Partners with operating personnel to meet established goals.
• Investigates material variances, reports results of investigation and recommends improvements.
• Solicits and encourages process, procedure, and equipment improvements from team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
