The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in estimating within a dynamic job shop environment, with a strong foundation in steel and steel fabrication processes. We are looking for someone who is:

• Detail‑oriented with exceptional accuracy in cost analysis and estimating.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and technical drawings.
• Customer‑focused, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in metal fabrication, machining techniques, and industry best practices.

• Prepare and assist with proposal preparations
• Work with customers to refine specific requirements of a job
• Provide pricing and lead time information
• Provide complete estimates and supporting information to customers and internal processes

• All other duties assigned

• 1 year of estimating experience is required.
• 2+ years of estimating in a job shop environment preferred.
• Must have knowledge of steel and steel processes.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must possess communication and people skills.
• Prefer a strong background in metal fabrication and machining processes.
