Assistant Service Manager – Lead, Support & Drive Results!Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a motivated Assistant Service Manager to support our service and tire teams while helping drive sales and maintain shop productivity. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

- Support the Store Manager in daily operations, customer service, and sales across service labor, parts, tires, and fleet.
- Assist in training and coaching service advisors on customer care and Courtesy Vehicle Inspections (CVIs).
- Ensure shop productivity, workflow, and safety standards are maintained.
- Handle POS transactions, inventory, and vendor procurement processes.
- Act as the primary supervisor in the absence of management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop.
- Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
