The Receiver Merchandiser is responsible for all receiving of deliveries, reconciliation with purchase orders and distribution to appropriate department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Red Rock Purchasing systems is preferred.
- Receive, sort and store all deliveries.
- Ensure that product received is of the proper quantity and quality.
- Reconcile all deliveries with purchase orders and shipping documents or invoices, if included with delivery.
- Delivers all incoming shipments to the proper requesting departments and/or storage facility.
- Input all deliveries into the Red Rock Purchasing System.
Contact proper department for back up paperwork. - Segregates shipments to be returned and records factors or reasons for the return and coordinates with Purchasing regarding the pickup of rejected shipments.
- Stock and rotate food and beverage supplies using FIFO techniques.
- Maintains the general cleanliness of the different storage facilities and receiving dock at all times.
- Follow proper procedure when receiving sensitive deliveries.
- Other duties as assigned.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming Commission License
- Valid Driver's License
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
