Maximo Techno-Functional Expert

Mandatory Requirements (to be confirmed on the coversheet)

• MAS Health & Monitor experience – MUST
• Candidate must be able to work 100% on-site at St. Joseph, MO 64504
• Candidate must be willing to travel as per project requirements

• End-to-end implementation experience of Maximo 7.6 or higher , preferably for Manufacturing customers
• Strong hands-on experience with MAS Health & Monitor
• Expertise in Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or higher
• Experience in Maximo implementation, upgrade, and support (7.6 or higher)

• Hands‑on experience with MAS 8/9 and relevant certifications
• Knowledge of Maximo add-ons and related technologies, including:
• MAS Predict
• MRIO (preferred)
• Strong experience with DB2 database
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops

• End-to-end Maximo implementation experience for Manufacturing customers
• Experience in conducting requirement, design, and acceptance workshops (Rail domain preferred)
• Knowledge of infrastructure planning (middleware, database, servers, etc.)
• Execute enhancement activities for a high‑complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons
• Drive design and implementation of epics using a hands‑on, agile approach
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and third‑party stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between client and delivery teams for decision‑making
• Review, track, and report compliance with delivery milestones
  
  Provide regular status reports to both the client and TCS management
