Pay: $60,008.00 - $90,022.40 / year

• Clinic Operations Oversight:
  Provide oversight of practice operations, ensuring optimal workflow processes with a focus on team support. Ensures a clinic culture is maintained in a positive and upbeat work environment for all caregivers.
• Growth and Strategy:
  Works closely with Directors and Medical Group leadership to operationalize strategic initiatives and ensure realization of defined tactics. Outreach Clinic Operations:
  Oversees the operations of outreach clinics to ensure continued growth back to the organization.
• Communication:
  Assures effective and timely communications at various levels through the assigned work area, with a strong focus on provider, staff and patient relationships.
• Compliance/Regulatory:
  Ensure timeliness of complaint reporting and working with system compliance/risk team. Ensures regulatory compliance is followed, including OSHA, Joint Commission, Nuclear Regulatory commission, CLIA, CAP, and other standards where applicable. Policy Enforcement:
  Ensures adherence to all clinic policies and procedures.

• H.S. Diploma required. Associate's Degree Graduate of an associates degree from a school of nursing, Health, or business related degree is preferred.
• Clinical CLS - Basic Life Support required within 90 days of hire. Nursing N - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure in state, depending upon designated work location upon hire is preferred. Clinical CLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support IF working in an inpatient area in which ACLS is required upon hire is preferred.
  
  Nursing PN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure in state, depending upon designated work location preferred upon hire. CPME - Certified Medical Practice Executive - active and current CPME - Certified Medical Practice Executive - active and current
• 3 years of experience in a position with a health care organization is required. 1 year of Supervisory position is required.
