Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join their team. This position involves rooming patients, taking and recording vital signs, assisting physicians, and more to support excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and take their vitals, recording them accurately in EMR.
• Assist physicians as needed and write prescriptions as directed by them.
• Conduct phone triage when necessary.
• Clean patient exam rooms and prepare for the next patient.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure quality work within deadlines.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Work effectively as a team contributor and independently while coordinating with other employees and organizations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing.
• Active and valid LVN license.
• Proficient in using computer platforms, specifically EMR: gGastro.
• CMA Certification required; MA certification necessary.

Additional Requirements

This position requires working Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
