• Design visually compelling marketing materials that capture the essence of our real estate brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with our strategic goals.
• Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital and print platforms.
• Work closely with real estate agents to produce custom graphics that enhance property listings.
• Stay updated with industry trends to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions to drive team innovation and creativity.
• Photograph and/or video properties for online and print marketing purposes, so buyers show interest quickly.

• Experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams to develop cohesive and strategic visual concepts.
• Proven track record of maintaining a consistent visual identity across various platforms, both digital and print.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Experience in creating custom graphics tailored to enhance real estate property listings.
• Familiarity with current design trends and a passion for staying updated with industry innovations and techniques.
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, and video equipment.
