Rate of pay: $21.00

Project Supervisors are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team member expectations, and general supervision. They provide ongoing training with teams to maintain consistent work and communicate with customers and employees. Project Supervisors travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to supervise teams of quality inspectors.

Project Supervisors create an atmosphere where individuals are recognized and foster an environment for employee growth. They work together with their teams and customers to solve problems.

• Ensure all teams within assigned locations are operating according to standards and requirements, including safety.
• Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Complete required training classes.
• Follow all employee policies and other duties as assigned.

• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Positive attitude and self‑motivation.
• Detail oriented.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience with business‑to‑business customer relations.

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Travel to customer facility on short notice.
