• Promptly greet customers
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and vehicle history
• Prepare a complete and accurate cost estimate for labor and parts
• Establish follow-up time
• Monitor progress of each vehicle's repair order and frequently update customers
• Verify final invoices reconcile with work performed on repair orders
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus
• Above-average energy level, positive attitude
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization

• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Hours:
  
  Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm
