Today we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Lakecrest Apartments in St. Joseph, Michigan. Feel free to browse the property below and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
- All Lease Renewal Commissions ARE YOURS! up to $100 per renewal
- New Rental Commission: up to $100 per rental
- Steady hourly pay plus performance-based earning potential with 376 market rate units!

- Paid Time Off, 1 st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours.
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Help manage rent collections, paperwork, and resident files
- Support the Property Manager with daily operations and reporting
- 3+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
- Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
- Yardi experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a soft credit review
- After 5 years of employment we offer a 3 week paid sabbatical on top of already generous PTO
- After 10 years of employment we offer a free apartment
