Registered Nurse, Monday‑Friday – Brio Living Services

Base pay range: $65,000—$80,000 per year

Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 (must apply by February 28th, 2026).

Exempt, minimum 40 hours. Generally 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with flexibility based on daily needs.

Department:
Clinical Nurse / Home Care – PACE of Southwest Michigan.

• Manage and coordinate care across home, clinic, and partner facilities.
• Use critical thinking to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to ensure seamless support for participants.
• Educate, advocate, and empower participants and families.
• Lead transitions of care, urgent situations, and complex health needs.

• Current RN license in Michigan.
• At least one year of experience with older adults, long‑term care, or home care.
• Strong assessment, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to high‑quality, compassionate care.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
