Coastal Engineer

A global design, engineering, and development consultancy specializing in marinas and waterfront infrastructure is seeking an experienced engineer to support complex, high-profile projects in coastal, riverine, and aquatic environments.

This role offers technical leadership, project ownership, and exposure to multidisciplinary, fast-paced work focused on sustainable waterfront design
.

• Lead and deliver marine and waterfront infrastructure projects
  , including marinas, harbors, mooring and berthing systems, bulkheads, seawalls, breakwaters, shoreline protection, stabilization, and sediment management
• Provide technical leadership, solve complex engineering challenges, and mentor project teams
• Manage client relationships and serve as Project Manager or technical lead on multiple projects
• Coordinate schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure quality standards across all project work
• Support proposals, contracts, profitability, and business development initiatives

• BS in Civil, Coastal, Ocean, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering
• or Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Coastal Geology
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• PE license preferred
• Knowledge of coastal processes and modeling / hydraulic software
• AutoCAD or Civil 3D required
• Construction oversight and business development experience a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
