As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and storing products, as well as ensuring that inventory is accurate and organized. You will work closely with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Unload incoming shipments, check for damages, and verify accuracy of orders.

Efficiently sort and organize products in designated areas.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Pick and pack orders according to established guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate shipment to customers.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in safety training and identify potential hazards.
• Regularly lift and carry heavy boxes and materials, as well as perform repetitive tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Reliable, hard-working, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic and able to stay motivated throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift heavy weights and boxes as required.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
