Under the direct supervision of the Installation Manager, the Technical Installation Expert works closely with installers and customer support. They ensure that all installations meet ACA quality standards and develop continuous improvement solutions within their field.

Profile required

Leadership, decision-making and analytical mindset, strong communication skills. Autonomous, results-oriented, with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities. Rigorous and critical thinking. Customer-oriented with a strong team spirit.

  • Inspect the work performed by installers to ensure compliance with Armoires Cuisines Action’s quality standards and guidelines;
  • Act as a technical expert on-site in connection with installation projects;
  • Prepare reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement for each evaluated installer;
  • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance the quality of installers’ work;
  • Train new installers according to our quality standards;
  • Collaborate with the after-sales service team;
  • Inspect job sites, assessing accessibility, safety, cleanliness, and site supervisor cooperation where applicable;
  • Prepare weekly inspection reports and ensure quality control;
  • Provide necessary installation tools and materials to new installers;
  • Offer assistance to installers when needed;
  • Perform any other related duties as required.
Prerequisites
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position;
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license;
  • Possession of a valid health and safety card for construction sites;
  • CCQ card (an asset);
  • Flexibility with working hours and willingness to travel regularly as required;
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency with commonly used software and technology tools;
  • Excellent knowledge of cabinetry and construction fields;
  • Strong problem-solving and issue management skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
