In this Bilingual concierge security guard role, the focus is on customer service, as you will be interacting with people throughout your shift in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more.

• Monitor security systems and perform regular interior and exterior patrols.
• Greet visitors and provide directions or assistance as needed.
• Control access to restricted areas and enforce client policies, property rules, and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, including fire alarms, medical situations, or security breaches.
• Provide first aid when required, and coordinate with emergency response teams.
• Document all incidents and observations through clear note-taking and detailed incident reports.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform property inspections and security escorts as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with visitors, clients, and the general public in a professional and courteous manner.
• Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment through effective collaboration and accountability.

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Valid Security License in New Brunswick.
• Strong report writing skills with attention to detail.
• Good eyesight and strong focus, especially during long patrols or surveillance tasks.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to operate security systems, radios, and reporting tools.
• Bilingualism is an asset – strong English communication skills are required.
