We currently have exciting opportunities within our Pulp & Paper Division operations for Mechanical Technician Students to join our teams in Saint John and Utopia, New Brunswick, for the Summer 2026 Work Term.

What You Can Expect from Your

Work Term:

• An optimal work experience in all aspects of the Mechanical trade in a safety-conscientious environment
• Perform quality mechanical maintenance activities in a flexible teamwork environment dedicated to continuous improvement
• Students will assist qualified tradespeople in their day-to-day activities
• May be responsible at some locations for conducting tours and carrying out inspections
• Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and process improvement

Qualifications:

• Education Required:
  
  High School Diploma, enrolled in a 2-year Mechanical Technology program and in good academic standing
• Years of Experience
  
  Required:
  
  < 2 years
• Problem-solving skills
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Pulp and paper or heavy industry experience would be considered an asset
