Cleaning Supervisor - Multi-Location Retail Operations

We are seeking a full‑time Cleaning Supervisor to oversee sanitation, hygiene, and facility standards across four Needs Convenience retail locations in Rothesay and Saint John, NB.

This role ensures that all locations consistently meet internal cleanliness standards, public health requirements, and workplace safety expectations. The Cleaning Supervisor provides oversight, training, inspections, and compliance monitoring across multiple retail fuel and convenience store sites.

• Supervise cleaning and sanitation procedures across four retail convenience store locations
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules for store interiors, public washrooms, entryways, shelving, refrigeration units, and high‑touch surfaces
• Train and guide staff on approved sanitation procedures and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
• Monitor completion of cleaning checklists and sanitation logs to ensure compliance
• Oversee waste management procedures and coordinate scheduled waste removal
• Conduct routine site inspections and implement corrective action where required
• Ensure WHMIS compliance and proper documentation of MSDS for cleaning products
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report replenishment needs
• Travel between locations to provide oversight and support

• Experience in cleaning, sanitation, or facilities oversight
• Ability to supervise and ensure procedural compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of WHMIS and workplace safety standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

This is a full‑time, in‑person position based in Saint John and Rothesay, NB.
