- Lead advanced descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics initiatives
- Design, develop, and refine statistical and machine learning models
- Analyze both structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and opportunities
- Partner with business teams to solve complex problems and improve outcomes
- Communicate insights through data storytelling and visual analytics
- Support model-driven automation and process optimization efforts
- Evaluate and advocate analytics solutions that deliver measurable business value
- Contribute to data lake development and analytics platform evolution
- Integrate external data sources to enhance analytical depth
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and validation for reuse and knowledge sharing
- 5+ years of experience in analytics with a strong emphasis on predictive modeling
- Proven track record of leading data science initiatives from concept through production
- Advanced proficiency in Python and experience deploying ML models in production
- Experience working with large, complex datasets across the full data lifecycle
- Exposure to cloud platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Preferred experience with analytical and visualization tools such as R, Power BI, and Tableau
