Civil Construction Lead Hand

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Construction Lead Hand to join our team and take a hands‑on leadership role in the execution of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil works, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead crews effectively on‑site.

• Assist the site supervisor in coordinating daily construction activities
• Lead and work alongside crews on tasks such as excavation, grading, concrete work, pipe installation, and roadwork
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Monitor progress and provide updates to supervisors
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Enforce safety protocols and participate in company safety programs

• 3+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership or lead hand role
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (required)
