Primary Job Duties
- Work closely with Sky West mentors.
Until ATP or R-ATP minimums are met.

Unlike an internship, the Pilot Pathway Program allows students to remain at their campus to complete their flight training.
Each member of the program is individually mentored by Sky West advocates and pilots, and may have the opportunity to participate in Sky West recruiting events and outreach programs.
Please note that this is an unpaid position. Lodging will be provided if required to travel for company business.
Minimum Requirements- Must be, or have been, an active student attending a Sky West elite or standard partner program.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a U.S. citizen or able to show proof of right to work in the U.S.
- May not have more than two check ride failures.
- Must actively update flight hours, 1x per month, through your skywestonline portal to stay enrolled in the program.
If enrolled in a standard partner program, not enrolled at one of Sky West's elite partners, you must also meet the following:
- Hold a Private Pilot License, an Instrument Rating, a Commercial Rating, and 250 flight hours.
