A high school diploma or equivalent, along with additional certifications such as RMGA or NATE, is preferred. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• EPA Type II certification
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform the mental and physical duties of the job
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to follow system‑based processes

This full-time role works daytime shifts Monday–Friday, with typical shifts of 8–10 hours and occasional weekend on‑call rotation

In this role, you'll perform seasonal inspections, complete contract maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair systems to ensure peak performance.
