Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on a variety of vehicles, ranging from minor cosmetic touch-ups to major structural collision restoration. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver who takes pride in returning a vehicle to its pre-accident condition, ensuring both safety and aesthetic perfection.

Responsibilities
  • Structural Repair: Straightening bent frames and unibody structures using heavy-duty hydraulic equipment and laser measurement systems.
  • Panel Replacement & Repair: Removing severely damaged sections (like fenders, doors, or hoods) and installing new ones, or using specialized tools to pull dents and smooth out minor imperfections.
  • Welding & Cutting: Using MIG, TIG, or plasma cutters to join or remove metal components while maintaining the vehicle's safety ratings.
  • Surface Preparation: Sanding, grinding, and priming repaired surfaces to ensure they are perfectly smooth for the painting process.
  • Glass & Trim Work: Removing and replacing windshields, window glass, and interior/exterior trim pieces that were damaged during a collision.
  • Mechanical/Electrical Integration: Ensuring that sensors housed in the bumpers are recalibrated and functioning correctly.
Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine passion for automotive restoration. Whether you are a seasoned expert with years of frame-alignment experience or an entry-level candidate looking to break into the trade, our primary requirement is a relentless work ethic and a desire to master the craft. For experienced technicians, proficiency in collision repair, structural straightening, and welding is highly valued;

for those just starting out, we require a basic comfort level with hand tools and a "sponge-like" attitude toward learning. All candidates must be detail-oriented, physically capable of handling the demands of a fast-paced shop environment, and hold a valid driver’s license. Above all, we are looking for team players who take pride in their results and are eager to grow alongside a shop that is committed to their professional development.
