HVAC Technician

Overview

S&S Mechanical in St. George, UT is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician to service, diagnose, and maintain heating and air conditioning equipment.

This entry-level skilled trade position offers a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits.

• Perform spring and fall maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Conduct duct cleaning and filter change-outs
• Inspect, test, and refill fluids to ensure peak efficiency
• Support more experienced technicians as needed

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the job
• A high school diploma or equivalent; industry experience is a plus
• An EPA Type II certification would be beneficial
• Personable, friendly, punctual, reliable; able to represent the company professionally; a team player

Day shift, Monday through Friday. Shifts are typically 8-10 hours.

Salary: $24 - $28 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) with a company match, profit sharing, paid time off (PTO), dental, vision, life, paid holidays, professional development assistance, and tuition reimbursement.
