Overview
S&S Mechanical in St. George, UT is looking to hire a full-time New Construction Lead HVAC Installer to guide a team in installing residential and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
Responsibilities- Lead a team in installing heating and air conditioning equipment for residential and commercial projects.
- Install heating- and air conditioning-related equipment as well as flex and sheet metal duct systems.
- Provide professional, collaborative leadership to ensure installations go smoothly and meet quality standards.
- Competitive wage of $20.00 - $28.00/hour, depending on experience

- Strong work ethic
- Ability to follow relevant policies and specifications
- HVAC experience preferred; EPA Type II license is a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; results-driven and detail-oriented
This position typically works 8- to 10-hour shifts, Monday - Friday.
