• Troubleshoot, repair, Install and maintain building mechanical systems per code
• Maintain current knowledge of state regulations affecting Mechanical work
• Contribute the project profitability by increasing productivity, planning ahead, and not exceeding allotted time for tasks
• Working in a safe manner and evaluating tasks
• Getting along with co-workers and other trades

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship with transcripts of formal education
• Proven 5+ years of experience working as a HVAC Service Tech in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, materials and equipment
• Working knowledge of state regulations affecting work
• Exceptional customer service and client focus
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Very familiar with HVAC tools and equipment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
