Service Technician

Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team! As a Service Technician for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you are a professional craftsperson experienced in remodeling, finish carpentry, or installing windows in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles. This is a customer‑facing role so you must be dedicated to working with homeowners to go the extra mile whenever necessary (and often even when it’s not!).

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether due to installation or manufacturing.
• Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver’s License.

USD $25.00 – $28.00 per hour.
