Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our concrete accessories.
  • Provide expert advice and technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met with the right solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and brand.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the construction or concrete accessories industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
