Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our concrete accessories.
- Provide expert advice and technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met with the right solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and brand.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the construction or concrete accessories industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
