We're on the hunt for a full-time Sales Manager who's ready to boost our brand visibility and generate leads across the Southern Utah area. This is more than just a marketing role-it's a sales-driven opportunity to represent one of the most respected senior living communities in the region.

What You'll Do as a Sales Manager:This is a highly interactive role where you'll combine marketing savvy with strong sales instincts to drive occupancy and visibility. You will:
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate referrals and leads
- Build relationships with physicians, discharge planners, rehabilitation centers, and senior-focused organizations
- Conduct tours and present pricing to potential residents and their families with confidence and warmth
- Represent us in the community
-from networking events to nonprofit committee work, you'll be the face of Legacy Village - Deliver presentations and leave behind materials that keep us top-of-mind
- Track and follow up with prospects and referral partners consistently, always staying one step ahead
- Background in marketing,
sales
, or business (degree or relevant experience) - A passion for serving seniors and their families
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Schedule: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, with occasional weekend events or meetings.
