Position Summary
As a Showroom Sales & Design Consultant, you will partner with customers to bring their vision to life — from first inspiration to final installation. You’ll help clients select materials, develop designs, and confidently move their projects forward while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Schedule- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

As Utah’s largest custom granite and quartz counter top provider, we specialize in helping homeowners transform their spaces with beautiful, high-quality stone and tile solutions.
What You’ll Do- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, guiding them through tile, quartz, granite, quartzite, and other stone selections for kitchens, baths, showers, fireplaces, and more
- Lead design consultations and help customers shape a cohesive look that fits their style and budget
- Interpret floor plans and project layouts to support design recommendations
- Conduct in-home measurement appointments and on-site consultations
- Stay current on product knowledge, design trends, and company training
- Build relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and partners to grow new business
- Balance time between the showroom (about 75%) and field appointments/business development (about 25%)
- Keep detailed and accurate project notes, selections, and estimates in the CRM system
- Collaborate with coordinators and specialty sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain showroom displays, samples, and overall presentation
- Support pricing updates and product organization
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Contribute ideas for improving displays, processes, and the overall customer journey
- Uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
- Perform other duties as needed
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the design and stone industry
- Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Experience in sales, design, or the counter top / flooring / tile / cabinet industry
- Knowledge of construction or home remodeling
- Experience taking measurements or reading plans
- Ability to lift 1–20 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, and use a step ladder
- Reliable transportation for showroom and in-home appointments
- Must pass a background and drug screening
