Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

• Establish and maintain high-quality Guest Services.
• Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and manage human resources.
• Handle merchandising, inventory control, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Meet minimum age requirement of 21 and maintain physical demands of the role.

• Prior retail management experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours per day.
