The Apparel Sales Associate at Uinta Golf promotes and maintains a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy—putting the customer first and ensuring a memorable, positive customer experience.

• Maintain a general awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise, promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements, while also maintaining the flexibility to work in different departments as needed.
• Maintain the flow of product to the sales floor from the store receiving areas and assist with markdown and clearance management for areas per company guidelines.
• Evaluate customers’ needs, make recommendations, and apply apparel knowledge to help the customer in the decision‑making process.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and take inventory of stock where needed.
• Maintain database and file shipping/receiving records for the department.
• Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to spend work time standing or moving about the departments within the store, including bending, stooping, lifting (up to 15 pounds), carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.
• Ability to tag, hang, and sensor merchandise.
• Working knowledge of word‑processing, spreadsheets, inventory, internet, and order‑processing systems.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

• 1+ year of experience working in the retail, apparel, or golf industry (entry‑level candidates will also be considered).
• Golf knowledge/background is a plus but not required.
