• Demonstrate excellent customer service at the checkout, ensuring a positive final experience for shoppers.
• Process sales through computer and POS register systems.
• Assist with floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance, and merchandise replenishment as needed.
• Identify and suggest process improvements once fully trained.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

• Experience with computer and POS register systems.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, crawl, climb, crouch, kneel, and use a ladder; lift or move up to 35 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and days as business demands.

• Entry‑level candidates welcome; retail or golf experience is a plus.
• General golf knowledge/background desirable but not required.
