Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 – $15.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. • Establish and maintain Guest Services in accordance with company standards.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory control.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Prior retail or management experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and climb ladders for over 8 hours; lift up to 50 pounds.
