Are you passionate about caring for seniors and making a meaningful impact? The Abbington rge is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. We are a vibrant senior living community offering 75 Independent/Assisted Living apartments and 23 Memory Care apartments - and we pride ourselves on creating a warm, supportive environment for both residents and staff.
What You'll Do:- Conducting resident assessments and ongoing health evaluations
- Overseeing medication management and staff training
- Following up on incident reports and care-related documentation
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations and community standards
- Supporting care staff with guidance, training, and mentorship
- Active RN license in the state of Utah
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A compassionate, resident-first mindset
- Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An experienced leader
