- Assist with the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
- Provide superior care for residents.
- Complete resident’s assignments effectively and promptly.
- Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
- Document accurately and completely.
- Current Utah CNA license or enrolled in a course ability to obtain within 180 days of hire.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
