Nurse Practitioner

A newly established peptide and hormone clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its clinical team. This role focuses on patient-centered, evidence-based optimization therapies, including hormone replacement, medical weight management, IV therapy, and injectable wellness treatments. The ideal candidate is comfortable practicing autonomously in a modern, cash-based clinical setting and is passionate about preventative and performance-focused medicine.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical assessments, and laboratory interpretation
• Develop, prescribe, and manage individualized treatment plans for:
  • Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
  • GLP-1–based medical weight loss programs
  • IV hydration and vitamin therapy
  • Vitamin and peptide injections
• Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and expectations
• Monitor patient progress and adjust protocols as clinically appropriate
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations
• Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
• Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
• Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Experience or interest in hormone therapy, peptides, medical weight loss, or IV therapy preferred (training available)
