Description

Location: St. George, Utah (In-Office Only)

Reports to: CEO & Co-Founder

Team: 2 direct reports (Social Media & Marketing Ops) — ready to grow

Tagg-N-Go is one of the fastest-growing regional car wash brands in the country. We now have 30 locations and bold plans to double that footprint. We’ve scaled rapidly over the past three years, and we’re just getting started.

We’re a founder‑led company with a clear mission, strong values, and a people‑first culture. We care deeply about what we’re building. It’s not just a business. It’s a brand and a team that people are proud to be part of.

This role reports directly to Quinn Allgood, CEO & Co-Founder, and is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a company that’s building something special. You’ll work closely with the executive team, operations leaders, and cross‑functional partners to align strategy and drive real impact.

We’re looking for a senior marketing leader who is part strategist, part operator, and part brand builder. Someone who can lead with vision, bring structure to fast‑moving growth, and build a team and culture built to last. This is not a stepping‑stone role, it’s a long‑term leadership opportunity with a company committed to the next decade and beyond.

If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, care about purpose as much as performance, and want to be part of a company where your work truly matters, this might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Own:
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Build, lead, tweak and implement the full marketing strategy. From brand storytelling to digital performance, from app engagement to local field marketing.
  • Team Leadership
    :
Lead and expand the team. You’ll start with two direct reports and help hire the next key player based on Tagg‑N‑Go’s vision.
  • Data Driven Growth & Retention: Help us deepen loyalty and increase retention. You’ll own strategies around our loyalty app, customer pass programs, brand trust, and repeat business.
  • Brand Development: Protect and evolve the Tagg‑N‑Go brand as we scale into new markets. Maintain brand consistency as we scale. Ensure messaging, visuals, and tone are aligned across all platforms and human across all touchpoints.
  • Cross‑Functional Impact: Work directly with Operations, Executive Leadership Team, and Support to shape pricing, promos, customer experience, and internal comms.
  • Community Partnerships: Turn partnerships and events like our Utah Jazz and Scarewash into meaningful local brand connections.
Requirements

The Ideal Candidate :
  • 10+ years in marketing
: including 3+ years in a senior leadership role , ideally in retail, hospitality, consumer services, franchise, or multi‑location brands.
  • Strategic and execution‑focused
: can think big, operate fast, and build structure in a growing organization.
  • Proven experience across brand, digital, CRM, loyalty, content, and community
: not just overseeing campaigns but driving measurable results.
  • Team builder and mentor
: scaled teams, led departments, and know when to get in the weeds and when to delegate.
  • Data‑driven mindset
: separate signal from noise, know your way around KPIs and performance dashboards, and make decisions grounded in customer behavior and business impact.
Early adopter of tools and trends
: constantly testing new platforms, tactics, and technology to gain a competitive edge.
  • Strong creative instincts
: whether it’s campaign direction, messaging, or visual identity, you know how to bring a brand to life.
  • Builder of clarity and systems
: you create order where things are moving fast and aren’t afraid to figure it out as you go.
  • Confident but low‑ego: you lead through influence and collaboration, not control.
  • Customer‑first operator
: you believe that great marketing builds trust, loyalty, and long‑term growth and not just short‑term wins
  • Travel Expectations
    :
This role requires regular travel to support field teams, site performance, and cross‑functional initiatives. Travel frequency will vary based on business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience
