Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site Shop Technician role based in St. George, UT. The Shop Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of heavy equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring that machinery is safe and operational. Daily responsibilities include operating forklifts, managing repairs, and collaborating effectively with team members to maintain workplace safety and operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair for heavy equipment and machinery
• Experience working with Heavy Equipment, including inspection, functionality checks, and performance optimization
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Capability in Forklift Operation and adherence to safety protocols
• Effective Communication skills for teamwork and reporting
• Ability to work in an on‑site setting and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Prior experience in the construction or industrial equipment industry is strongly preferred
• Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus
