Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an Executive Director at Ovation Senior Living, located in Washington, UT. The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations of the community, ensure a high-quality experience for residents, and lead a dedicated team to achieve both organizational goals and excellence in service. Responsibilities include strategic planning, staff management, regulatory compliance, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring financial sustainability.

The Executive Director will also serve as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong business acumen, including skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of senior living operations and familiarity with regulatory requirements within the healthcare or senior housing industry.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents, families, and staff.
  • Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address challenges and maintain operational excellence.
  • Ability to build and sustain a positive and engaging community environment for residents and families.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in a relevant area is preferred.
  • Experience in senior living or a related field is highly desirable.
