Maintenance Inspector

Red Rock Vacation Rentals is seeking a Maintenance Inspector to join our growing maintenance team! We are a locally owned, employee-focused company with a supportive and team-oriented culture. As the largest vacation rental company in Southern Utah, we are always looking for motivated individuals to join our team, contribute fresh ideas, and grow within the company.

As a Maintenance Inspector, you'll travel to rental properties throughout the St. George area to complete inspections and handle light maintenance tasks. Applicants must be able to travel between properties using their own vehicle, with gas mileage reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections to check for cleanliness, damage, and general wear-and-tear
• Record inspection results and update assigned work orders with accurate documentation
• Report significant maintenance concerns to the Maintenance team
• Complete light maintenance tasks such as replacing HVAC filters, light bulbs, and smoke detector batteries
• Oversee property trash management operations for all properties
• Organize and prioritize daily assignments for efficiency
• Provide occasional light cleaning touch-ups when needed

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00
