Position Summary

Red Rock Vacation Rentals is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in St. George, UT. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a day, and a commitment to maintaining the security of guest access and properties.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, testing and troubleshooting household equipment, and responding promptly to guest maintenance requests. This position calls for solid handyman abilities, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be willing to drive own vehicle and mileage between properties is reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs at vacation rental properties
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on household equipment
• Program and maintain TVs and other guest amenities
• Respond to and address maintenance requests from in-house guests
• Assist with property upkeep, including light cleaning, pressure washing, and minimal landscaping

Qualifications

• Strong ability to prioritize and organize work assignments efficiently
• Commitment to maintaining the security of guest access and properties
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Ability to complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Must have basic handyman/maintenance skills
• Must have a basic set of tools
• Must be willing to drive own vehicle (mileage between properties is reimbursed)

Schedule

Friday - Monday

9:00AM - 2:00PM (20-25 hours per week)

Compensation & Benefits:

Job Type: Part-time

Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour
