Job Description

Seeking a motivated and experienced attorney to join our team in our St. George office. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of legal experience. Though not required, a focus in community association law, real estate, and civil litigation would be ideal.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with homeowner associations, property managers, and other real estate professionals on a variety of legal matters ranging from covenant enforcement to litigation. The position also includes courtroom appearances, legal research and writing, and client advisory services.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in civil litigation
  • Provide legal counsel to homeowner and condominium associations on compliance, governance, and enforcement
  • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Handle discovery, depositions, mediation, and court appearances
  • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Stay current with relevant legal developments in real estate and community association law
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the Utah State Bar
  • 4–10 years of relevant experience in community association law, real estate, and litigation
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral advocacy and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and building long-term client relationships
