We are seeking an innovative, creative, and out-of-the-box thinker to assist with entry-level operation and maintenance of our information and communication systems. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking professional excited by modern tools and technologies, who is a clear communicator who makes technical troubleshooting easy for anyone to understand and follow.

Essential Qualifications
  • Experience:

    6 months to 1 year of related IT experience (2 years preferred).
  • Education:

    High School diploma/GED required; technical degree or certificate preferred.
  • Licensing: A Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Key

    Skills:
    • Initiative, creative judgment in problem-solving.
    • Resourceful approach to hardware/software troubleshooting.
    • Modern Interest:
      Demonstrated interest in modern IT tools, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
System Maintenance & Network Security
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network components (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Enhance network and systems with patches, firmware, and security upgrades, using an innovative mindset to improve efficiency and security posture.
  • Implement and support best-practice security tools; assist with monitoring security applications.
  • Help maintain servers and the wireless network.
  • Explore and implement AI applications to assist with system maintenance, network monitoring, and efficiency improvements.
User & Data Management
  • Proactively set up hardware, install/configure software, drivers, and user accounts.
  • Efficiently process and escalation IT Help Desk requests.
  • Provide timely technical assistance and train employees to use devices/technology effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining a secure file/folder structure and ensure application licensing is up to date.
Administrative & Physical Demands
  • Arrange maintenance schedules and keep detailed records of repairs and fixes.
  • Regular travel is required.
  • Work may occasionally be required outside in elements of heat and cold.
  • Flexibility for additional hours may be required based on technical needs.
